We visited at 8 AM on a Monday, and this place was bustling! The employee was busy handling phone calls, mobile orders, and serving customers in person. Despite the chaos, she took the time to discuss the shakes and share her recommendations. I decided to try the Mint Oreo replacement shake that she suggested. While waiting for our drinks, we admired the motivational signs and fitness photos decorating the place. There was even a board displaying a suggested fitness routine for customers. As the employee prepared our drinks, she chatted with us effortlessly. When my drink finally arrived, it tasted fantastic and was a generous portion. It will definitely keep me energized for the morning!
I first visited this restaurant during an exclusive event and enjoyed it so much that I decided to return and brought a co-worker along. I ordered the Freedom tea again, and Kris, the owner, was kind enough to let us sample a shake. I tried the Fruity Pebbles shake and found it quite delicious—I might just order it next time! One thing I wasn’t aware of during my initial visit is that they host a fitness camp; every Wednesday at 6:30 PM, they offer a free fitness event at their place. If you're planning to attend just for the fitness event, it’s best to call ahead and confirm that it’s happening that day.
I went to Ville Nutrition on an early Monday morning. Hungry with no energy to start my day. The hardest part for me was choosing what to drink. Thankfully the staff is so friendly kind (and patient with me). It’s obvious they strive on customer satisfaction and good quality drinks. I had the fruity pebbles and it was delicious. The tea that I ordered had “take off” in it. Better than an energy drink. It worked so good, that I stayed going strong and full of energy throughout the entire day. Definitely went back the following day. I recommend this place to anyone to tryout, it’s a 10 star place.
I wish I had taken a photo of my tea because it was absolutely amazing! I went there early this morning after a friend's recommendation. The interior is bright and inviting, and the owner at the front was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I ordered the Bahama Mama tea (Level 3 Caffeine, Summer Selection), and it was the best caffeinated drink I've ever had. It really helped me power through my day! I highly recommend this place and wish them great success as a local business!

The drinks were tasty, and more affordable than some other places I’ve been to that sell similar products. I got the birthday cake shake and a lemon tea. As the little sign says, I did feel like a guest when I walked into their shop. The workers were very friendly and conversational, which is a nice change in pace where sometimes you barely get a hello nowadays. Would come back. :
Delicious protein Shakes and supplement teas! So many choices and staff is friendly and patient to explain all the options. I went with the frosted strawberry lemonade shake and it was really good! I'll be back!
I love coming here! The owner is really nice and takes the time to get to know her customers. Anytime I'm in the area I make it a point to stop in. Haven't had anything I haven't liked on the menu.
Great local spot for a smoothie, energy drink, or tea. I have to say I'm not a huge fan of sweet stuff, but their selection has too many unique flavors to pass up. We will be back to try them all!
