I have been a regular at Vince's Crabhouse, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. The food quality has taken a nosedive, and I must say, it was far from enjoyable. I ordered the stuffed shrimp, and unfortunately, they tasted freezer-burnt, which was a real letdown. Moreover, the crab imperial was unappetizingly watery, and the crabmeat looked discolored, making it difficult to stomach.To add to my disappointment, the overall decline in the food's taste and presentation was quite noticeable. Spoke with Brenda who is supposedly the office manager and told her about my crabs, they were very light and normally crab places put a crab or two extra just if you have a bad crab and there was not one in there. There was absolutely literally no me in these crabs I felt like they were pickings. Called to ask maybe if there could even be a $5 credit towards the next order because they were local and I have bought other seafood from them before. She said no and there was nothing that she can do. We got 4 dozen crabs... but they gave us an extra dozen due to a special buy a dozen medium and get half a dozen (good surprise). Every crab was heavy, hot, and delicious, I saw several bad reviews and it's just proof that every perspective is different as we had a great time 5 people, 5 dozen crabs, and the only real complaint was the parking lot does not accommodate the number of people in the restaurant. This place is popular in the area and there simply isn't enough room for everyone.
I had visited here with friends and enjoyed delicious crabs and other food and wonderful service. Two weeks later I eagerly ordered ahead and went back for carryout crabs. I stood in the bar almost a half hour while several others got orders. Never once did the girl who took my payment acknowledge the wait or apologize for the delay. Then when I got my order the fries were barely warm and soggy and the crabs had obviously cooled. Very disappointing!

My first experience with the crab house would have given it a five-star rating! Food was delicious and service was good. My second visit was horrible the food and was the exact thing that I had ordered the first time. I also noticed that portions were smaller. When 3 of us ordered cocktails and water...our salads were served before drinks or water came. We were very disappointed and will probably not return.
Our food was delicious as usual. I had the MD crab soup which was delicious it was a little spicy which I like. I also had the crab imperial and my husband had rock fish with crab meat and cream sauce. Both were cooked to perfection. The entrees are Hugh. I brought home half of my imperial. The corn fritters, hush puppies and Cole slaw were also very good.
Yes, the Vince?s in Fallston did this. Vince?s is my #1 place for wings. This was a very special anniversary/ birthday event today and these wings were definitely a hit today. The wings today were Old Bay, Old Bay Hot, Plain, Bourbon, and BBQ. Thank you Vince?s for helping make this event memorable. No wings were left behind.
Best crab pretzel I've ever had. I had fettuccine with vodka sauce added crabmeat My daughter had angel hair pasta with marinara added shrimp We bought a chicken cheese steak onion rings home for my hubby Everything was delicious! Our waiter was wonderful! Definitely going back can't wait to try the crabs next time

The food was great! My husband had a steak and I had the stuffed salmon. OMG it was all so good! And I had two different crushes (orange and watermelon) and they were both delicious! We had the best waitress too, she made us honey butter for the hushpuppies and it totally made the meal. We will definitely be back!
