Paper thin pizza I called and spoke to someone to see if they had changed the recipe, because as soon as we opened the pizza, it was super thin we have been loyal customers for years whoever I spoke with over the phone kept just repeating the same thing how they don't make thin crust unless asked this pizza is way too thin, typically it's thicker and more filling.. paid almost $50 for us to not even get filled no help at all, or even an offer to make another one if we brought them a slice or emailed them I don't know if we will buy from Vinnys on Levells rd again wish the customer service had been better, and the price for what we got was disappointing it was good, but other than that, hard...

Vinny has great customer service, but like any business, it can be hit or miss, depending on the day or hour! They have some great people that will make you chuckle. They have great pizza and subs, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places. But oh, if they ever offered a two-for-one pizza pie deal like Sam's Pizza, it would definitely give Sam's a run for its money since their pizza is better than Sams! ??? But Angelas in Thornburg has the best subs but are way over priced.

Good food, staff are hardworking, and the environment is great for families. Vinny's is a hidden gem in the Spotsylvania community that more people should be eating at. I've never had a bad experience here.

I used to have no problem with a 5 star rating but this chain has become sporadic in quality. My favorite entrée, Chicken Masala was presented WITHOUT THE MASALA! I sent it back and went home. Réservez une table maintenant

I order a pizza, it was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni. When I check the pizza after I arrive at my destination it was all pepperoni.

Dinner with church ladies. Everyone really enjoyed their entrees. Service was very good and the atmosphere was upbeat and friendly.
