"We ate there for lunch after a boat trip to Donana. The food is quite good and fresh, at a reasonable price. We got a free shrimp pancake.. The weather was good so we enjoyed the location, in front of the Guadalquivir and the reserve."

hi we sat at lunchtime and had a paella and nice bottle of local white wine in a stunning location with a table next to the river looking at the ferry and across the river to the park, not the greatest paella i have ever had but just ok,service was quite slow even though not busy but the waiter who did serve us was very nice and probably the friendliest we came across in sanlucar, the group of fish restaurants at bajo de guia has someone outside annoyingly trying to get you in and normally i avoid these on principal but these restaurants are in a superb location so this time i gave one a go,

We really wanted arrox de bogavante (rice with lobster) so we asked the waiter outside to ensure they had it. He said no so we thanked him and walked away but the waiter on the war end of the patio stopped us and said they did have it. Weird. So we sat on the patio in January in the sun and ate a arroz de bogavante. It was good but not as good as another place we had it near Huelva. Great view of the estuary and Parque Donana. Waiter didn't check on us or anything really.

We have been coming to this restaurant for the last 14 years when we are in Sanlucar and we are always welcomed like old friends. When the weather is good you can sit out next to the estuary and the view of Donana is amazing. The food is good and always consistent. They offer the same fare as the other restaurants but the coquinas (baby clams) are suberb. They have good rice dishes at lunchtime and the prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Along the strip of seafood restaurants overlooking the river. We walked past a few where the waitors were touting for trade, a bit further along was this family run restaurant. We had the lunchtime 3 courses and a beer foe 14 euros. Each a fish course, well presented and very tasty. We were in the shade, but after a while it was a bit chilly in late April, so the waiter moved our table into the sun...5 degrees warmer. A very nice place for lunch with a view Réservez une table maintenant

We chose this restaurant because it didn’t have the crowd or the hassle of all the restaurants in the first line of the beach. It’s one of the local restaurants, maybe has 2-3 tables occupied only but the food was really good and fresh and we paid less than we were expected to pay in other restaurants.

Four of us had lunch here before going to Donna. It was very good, delicious fish and a good variety of dishes. Service was quick and helpful. There are a number of places to choose from along the front at Sanlucar, but I would recommend this one.
