Super amazing little BBQ spot up in Virginia City. Head up during the week to miss the crowds and score stellar parking on the main strip. At first seating looks slim but people rotate out pretty quickly. I had the Spicy Pulled Pork and YES, it was spicy. Not so spicy that I couldn't eat it or needed milk but it had enough of a kick to it that made it just enough to notice. Also the pepperoncini was a great little touch, went great with the cornbread. They also have some amazing BBQ sauces to try so don't forget to grab some when you stock up on napkins. We ordered the Tri Tip Dip, the dip was Aujus and it was tender and just the right amount of tenderness. I added their spicy BBQ sauce to add a little heat and vinegarynes to cut thru some of the richness. For the side I decided to try their cornbread and it literally had corn in it with cheese. Slathered some butter on it and it was to die for. We also had the Pulled Pork and it was a bit dry, but I rectified that by adding some BBQ sauce on it and all was right. Oh, my, there was a little line and I was curious why. the aroma that went on the street was incredible. service was fun and friendly and they have made some injustices fir covid. the ribs were fantanic. the maisbrot was incredible. stop them while they visit virginia city and exoerince the iconic food. also the frito pie.

I love this place! It was expedient to lunch here while we were in the opposite and we were not dissapointed. the eating was amazing and the staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. can praise so high enough, had the tri-tip sandwich and the pulled swarm, with side and then loaded on ruck. high point of the day! Ohh emmm geee! this place is an authentic bbq joint full of taste! eating is delicious and fast service. they have a terrace outside to enjoy theirs.

after the walk on the roads in the wild west of virginia. order a few dinges from the menu. bohnen and brisket. delicious bbq. we have been wolfed.

they have nonsense and have bbq? Tri-Tipp sky was too good. kartoffelsalat was yam. jerky is B-O-M-B! the prices are right. service is good.
