I finally got the chance to visit Vish Hollywood for a late lunch and I was not disappointed. Vish is located on the main road just west of the 95 in Hollywood, in a cozy and inviting plaza with plenty of parking. This counter-service restaurant is 100% vegetarian (with some vegan options available) and offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. I decided to create my own bowl with a hummus base, topped with falafel, vegan shawarma, and eggplant, along with sautéed mushrooms and tabbouleh on the side. As a bonus, they also included fava beans, chickpeas, tahini, Israeli pickles, olives, and some of the best pita bread I've ever had, all for around $35. It was the perfect late vegan lunch for...
Hummus is freshly prepared and unusually creamy and maybe a bit more flavorful than the typical Israeli style hummus. Little things like special Ethiopian tahini in the mix and removal of the chickpea skins make a difference. The babaganush is also very good. I tried the lentil soup too, I’m not sure it’s even on the menu but it might be the best lentil soup I’ve ever had. I recommend asking for it. It’s surprisingly busy on a weekday afternoon especially for a relatively new place. Word has gotten out pretty quickly.
Went with my family for a Sunday brunch, the staff went far and beyond to service us at the highest possible levels. That alone made the experience incredible. The food was great, since there were 5 of us we had the chance to try almost everything they offered and everything was simply delicious. They also offered us these tahini chocolate truffles which I found amazing, I would definitely become a regular in this place. First impression matters and they have earned my trust.
spectacularly delicious whole eating, plant-based with the occasional egg thrown in. check this: when they eat it there, they serve them a first-class Turkish coffee, on the house. We will come back until we get our way through their whole amazing menu! we have stuffed ourselves, but eating is real, this fresh leaves you not stuffed. or maybe it's the beautiful little buzz from this Turkish coffee? well done vish!

I'll start by saying that the service at this restaurant is unmatched. The staff is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and clean, creating a relaxing environment. The food is out of this world, with the Vish bowls being incredibly full, delicious, and fresh. I cannot thank them enough for bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to South Florida.
This restaurant has the best hummus in the city! I was impressed by how clean it was and how well-managed the staff were. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
