The restaurant is well-known for its tasty food; however, I had a disappointing experience with one of the waitresses. Her service was quite poor, and she repeatedly struggled to take my orders correctly. I've had personal encounters with her on two occasions, and both times she was unprofessional and displayed a bad attitude. Having worked as a waitress myself, I understand the level of service that customers expect. While I don't hold the owner responsible for this situation, having staff like her could ultimately drive away customers.
The El Salvadoran cuisine here is outstanding. The kitchen is spotless, and the staff is excellent—very friendly and welcoming. There's a wonderful variety of dishes to choose from.
Terrible service, I only have a half hour break and they put the wrong food. You call to place the order and get everything out on time and they come and put the order wrong.
I'm not going to buy more. Because whenever you ask for food they want to give you what they want and not what you ask for, what a bad service!!!!!

The soups, pupusas, fish, and chicken dishes are all beautifully presented and delicious. The artwork is lovely, and the staff is very friendly.
