I have been a loyal customer for 7 years at other locations but for 4 yrs now I been going to Market place san ramon, since we moved closer, I never have a problem with the Market place location. I have to admit, the bowls at Vitality Bowls are absolutely delicious. However, I've never encountered such slow service before—it’s truly baffling and hard to understand. I can only guess the owners are quite wealthy and not overly concerned with profit. Yesterday, we waited 90 minutes for just three bowls. On the bright side, it gave my kids plenty of time to socialize with friends and family on the phone. Maybe that’s part of the plan too! The menu offers great options, but the wait definitely overshadows the experience.
A family member of mine is convinced that this restaurant is amazing. I took them there for a breakfast bowl, and it turned out to be very healthy. It had a smoothie base with cereal-like toppings. Priced at just under $9, it was likely the most affordable option on the menu. I gave it a try, and it was definitely delicious and hard to resist!
Vitality Bowls is priced on the higher side and seems understaffed, causing lengthy waits for drinks and bowls. While it’s the only juice option nearby, that doesn’t justify the slow service. Additionally, I feel fresh juice shouldn’t be packaged in plastic bottles. Thank you for considering my feedback.
The food here is incredibly delicious and healthy! This has become my go-to spot for bowls. You can create any combination you can imagine. They also offer a loyalty program and a new mobile app with credits and discounts for regular customers. Definitely give it a try!

Ordered the kids bowl. It was good but not the serving I expected compared to the serving size pictured online. Online shows about 3/4 full plus the topping. Came about a little less than half full plus granola and fruit. Overall the kids enjoyed them though.
