Although probably aiming to be helpful and possibly doing her best with English, we found the person serving us too insistent about us ordering either a sharp rhubarb cake or else a tired-looking cheesecake and we (rarely) baled out at that stage. I think she was disappointed but we needed to avoid another tricky procurement experience which seem all to frequent for non-german speaking tourists.This place was formerly run as Marc de Café (Lonely planet guide older edition. Not quite located where Lonely Planet guide map indicates either, but up a street opposite door where Luther nailed his 95 theses)
a spontaneous walk through the inner city enthralled us into a side street near the castle church. a cozy courtyard, which invites you to stay in warm weather, took us in reception. so we got curious, we entered a very pretty little caffe. We were surprised by a vegan menu and let ourselves be on the adventure. (we are not vegetarian at all and no vegan at all)-: very tasty breakfast with great hot drinks of all couleur and extremely great service - super friendly - so who wants to eat in wittenberg in a nice ambiente delicious breakfast, should get right on the way. it is worth it!
this caffe is an absolute pet in wittenberg. you can sit very idyllic in a small farm or in the nice spaces. there was a dozen nicest hand-baked tort and cake creations. we chose the firefighting sites, Nuss-Nougat cakes and apple-street cakes. everything tasted wonderful, with the firefighting sites being our secret tip. we liked it so well that after coffee and cake we also tried the hearty diners. also here we were not disappointed, everything was very delicious and freshly prepared. personal and owner were very nice and cordial, we felt very comfortable.
the vlora is a little hidden in the old town of wittenberger. who has found it will immediately feel secret. there are homemade cakes, torts and drinks. in the loading area there are also vegan and Ayurvedic foods, care products and much more. Especially in the summer this is worth sitting in the relaxed backyard. from time to time events such as special theme nights with music and traditional cuisine, a timely registration is absolutely necessary.Everything in all a very nice place to relax and enjoy with friends and the family.

even if only a cat jump from the castle church, the cozy vlora is still a small discovery, situated in a quiet, idyllic backyard with a view into the green. super tasty self-baked torts, which are eye-catching and pale humans. and since consistently vegan and organic you can also enjoy quietly a bit of the world.
cozy atmosphere, warm owner and stunning great food at a small price! Here you might get the best chocolate sorce in Germany, but also cakes, salat and falafel were oberlecker! many thanks for these delicious minutes! absolutely recommended (absolutly recommended)!
