I went into Vocelli to get a simple drink. The man who approached me came to me the counter asking if I was picking up. I replied no and stated I only wanted a drink. I went to go reach for my card he replied that it was a minimum of $10. I’ve been here multiple times over the past year to get the same drink, and have never had an issue. The man said he was “the owner” he makes the rules. Well “Owner” if that is true and you make the rules, make a clear sign. No one rarely has cash a anymore. I ordered a pizza from Vocelli through their website, but it never arrived. After waiting for 2 hours, I spoke with the manager who was not willing to help. They charged my credit card but refused to take any action or refund my money. I had to dispute the charge with Visa. When I informed them that I would not use or recommend their services, they showed no concern.
The pizza was amazing, but the delivery was terrible. I ordered through Slice at 9pm and by 10:26 I still hadn't received my pizza. This is the third time I've had issues with their service, not the restaurant itself.

I did not deliver my pizza, which was called 4 times, was asked if my pizza was still delivered, no one answered my call. false promisen on delivery; just taking money.
The staff at this restaurant is always welcoming and friendly. The deluxe pizza offered here is consistently one of the best pizzas we have ever had.
I miss your pizza, I think about it like a lover of the past...I live in Florida now. Dang I could go for your pizza and wings right now.
