Der Inhaber betreibt neben dem Hotel noch einen Online-Shop, jedoch sehr unprofessionell. Weder eine Versand-Email mit Tracking Nummer (vermutlich aufgrund eines Tippfehlers bei der Emailadresse Haben schon 5 mails geschrieben! Kommt immer Fehlermeldung noch die Ware wurde je zugestellt. Es gab lediglich eine windige Email, dass die Lieferung in einem Lotto-Toto-Laden bereit läge, der mir aber ohne Tracking Nummer nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Danach Stillstand. Auf meine Emails nicht mehr reagiert. Die Bestellung ist jetzt 8, meine letzte Aufforderung, mir das Geld zurück zu überweisen, 3 Wochen her. Hab so etwas noch nie erlebt und ich hoffe, dass Ihnen die zu unrecht einbehaltenen 40 € diese...
Gute Wirtshausküche, ordentlich fetter Schweinsbraten, das Augustiner Bier etwas sehr kalt im Steinkrug. Flottes Service mit starken Sprüchen. Empfehlenswert: die günstigen Mittagsgerichte. Leider wird das Lokal schon für einige Zeit nicht mehr geöffnet sein, wenn die Sperre des Bahntunnels beginnt. Dann müsste über den Römerweg zugefahren werden, das werden nicht viele auf sich nehmen. Ob ein Fußgängerdurchgang möglich ist?
I have been here for 8 years and recommend the hotel and restaurant. it has an intimate and family feeling: great for families, lovers and friends. the restaurant serves great food, I recommend the Cordon-Bleu: the best of the city! the pizza is delicous, desert are great and everything is fresh. the staff and waiters are very friendly and passionate that their guests feel at home both in the restaurant and in the hotel.
Definitely worth visiting the restaurant of the same name Hotel in Kitzbühel. Great local food, a broad list of wines both local and international, and a very smiling staff!!! Last but not least, a very warm local Tyrollean interior decoration makes you realize that you...are indeed in the heart of the mountain!! Réservez une table maintenant
we are currently in the hotel and they do not often get excellent restaurants serving both residents, guests and locals. there is a varied menu and each meal was presented delicious, fresh and good. the personal could not be more beautiful. it is pretty good and we would recommend it.
beautiful ambiente outside in a very picturesque and comfortable atmosphere. super friendly staff that went out of that to accommodate us. the eating was extraordinary, of course we had some real Austrian wiener schnitzel accompanied by great wine. all in a great evening.
