Been here twice. First time wasn?t the best and thought I?d give it another try. Waited what felt like forever to place my order at the drive thru, no big deal. Waited even longer for my food, also not a big deal. But my broccoli was yellow, didn?t even getcarrots, and I felt like my portions were smaller than usual as I?ve been to other locations. Didn?t want to go back to resolvemy issue because I didn?t want to wait another 20 mins to be served so I just will not be coming back. :
this waba was one of the best, but they can say that the personal support needs, they are always annoying, but they can say that there is a lack of leadership. it seems there are some operating problems. my last visits, which they either did not open in time (2 hours later), were made of steak, out of ice and today the orders for 30 minutes stopped for an inexplicable ground. they also make these dishes sometimes quite easy, they get only half a bowl.
worst experience at this location,i showed up 15 minutes befor closing at there drive threw and no one responded had drive around and enter the store and i walk in still no one around and i see the girl with the headset on and still did not approch us untill a young man came to me and there were supposed out of dumplings , they could have sincerely just canceled over the drive-thru and let me know they were unavailable. never coming back here again.

Out of the popular comparable fast food joints located all across Hacienda Heights and surrounding areas, WaBa Grill has got to be among my top 10 favorites list.When compared with the other guys, WaBa Grill's beef and chicken are some of the most consistently well cooked meats and their famous WaBa sauce, in my opinion, is damn near the tastiest out of any of their competitors in these parts.
The guy that was cooking the food had the mask down his nose after cooking he grabbed his shirt to dry his nose and face. Two people were on the employee door talking instead of helping the cashier or the people coming in to get food.
I regret everyone who visits this place to avoid the drive-thru is a stressful effort. excellent eating and friendly staff! drive through needs a do not block cut through the traffic at the light and turn a left sign.

Despite the short staff, they still treat you with respect and tell you the time it will take for you food to be ready. Its honest and quick work.
