Bad service. Lazy and unfriendly workers with attitude. Came here twice and both times were terrible. Never again. The first time that the staff of the young guys leaned and sat on the counter with their phones, took 10 minutes to make a bowl. 2. They ran out of chicken and said wait 15 minutes. I tried to give the so-called manager a constructive proposal, and he simply ignored it, while the young high school girl cashier took everything so personally and decided to comment on a wise mouth when there was nothing from her business. The whole crew must be exchanged and agree with other places that are always friendly, understanding and helpful.
We went by shortly before 8:00. Our group of authors just finished and we were hungry. We got three bowls. They were from the veggie steak and from tofu. Our only options were $9 bowls of rice and steamed vegetables. One of us got shrimp, but she wasn't impressed either. Yes, we came in 30 minutes before closing, but we expected it better. I could buy a frozen bag of vegetables for $9 and make 10 meals with similar content. In any case, it is worth coming here for such expensive small portions. Unfortunately, we need to find a new place for our post-processing.
Food is always good, but service is terrible. Every time I get a mobile order, it's never ready. I even give them another 10 minutes about what app says before it appears and it has not even been started. I'm sitting there for another 10-20 minutes. Whenever I order dumplings, they're never ready. Must always be done when I get there.
This place has really good food especially their sauce it gives it more flavor. Most of the time it isn?t busy well the times I?ve went there, but anyways they are pretty fast at making the food. Oh and the dumplings are really tasty just wish they were a little crispier.
