I went a few times and I always get my orders wrong, it's good to receive, but they give me missing articles or wrong articles every time. Food is really good can?t complain but why do I have to make my orders wrong. I called David, he said the next time you came back, we replaced your bowl and take my information. Five days later, I'm going and I was told I'm not on the list. Michelle told me she can't do much because I didn't have the reception right now and I only had 24 hours to go back what I didn't say. Came called back, gave her all the information and I was told I was refunded, today is 7 days later and nothing. I even had them checking the order in the window to make sure it was not...
The staff at this location really need to improve their customer service skills. They are consistently rude when we place our orders at the drive-thru—no greetings or simple courtesies like "thank you," just a lot of attitude. While I was trying to place my order, one of the employees spoke over me, missed what I was saying, and then had the audacity to tell me how I should be ordering. The food is tasty, but it's not worth the poor service. I’d much prefer to visit the other location at the Renaissance Center.
Been coming here for some years now, it seems like every time we eat inside everything is fine but when getting food from the drive thru something is definitely not. One time it tasted like soap and today the salad had a long hair in it and a small curly one on the rim of the plate. Currently pregnant and now this ruined my day ? was reading on the comments and some very old ones talk about finding long hair in the food too ?
I found hair in two separate bowls during my visit, and I definitely won't be coming back. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else; it's quite disgusting. For two different bowls to have this issue, it’s clear that someone needs to investigate what's going on in the kitchen. This is the worst waba grill location to go to. I?ve gone this place 3 times in the last month and ALWAYS had to go back because they forgot part of my order. Then they get rude and defensive when you complain. Will definitely be going else where next time. The workers are too rude for my liking! In response to the owner, I sent that email and got no response.
