I like waba grill. But I?ll just order my pickups at the one on Milliken. I do not know why they are just not nice here. I can deal with okay service... but on top of it, when I try to order a phone order they will not start making my order until I get there. I understand you may have some losses... but I?m guessing the majority of people show up to pick up their orders. Or maybe don?t take phone orders. The purpose of a phone order is so it is ready when I arrive. I gave 4 stars because it?s a small business and I do not want to harm them. Food is fine... but please take this feedback. The lack of kindness and service makes me nervous to trust you with my food.
I’ve been a regular at Waba Grill since it had a B-rating and have mostly enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, my latest experience was disappointing. I ordered two chicken veggie bowls just before closing, and the food was awful. My wife and daughters both had to spit out the chicken and vegetables because they tasted off. When I tried it, I realized they were right—the food wasn’t fresh and had an unpleasant smell.
I started coming to Waba Grill after the Haven location got a B rating, and overall, I’ve been satisfied. However, I recently ordered two chicken veggie bowls from their menu just before closing, and the quality was awful. My wife and daughters both rejected the chicken and vegetables, saying they tasted off. I tried a bite myself and agreed. The food didn’t seem fresh and even had an unusual odor.
Came here to order for take out. Couldn?t because of online only orders tonight. I?m fine with that and understand things happen. The customer service at this location is terrible and inconsistent! Communication goes a long way versus pointing at a sign and expecting customers to read your mind! I will not be doing business with this location again.

Facility was clean the girls were cleaning while I walked in which was nice to see you also they were attentive they took my order, The broccoli was not fresh the chicken tasted like the grill hadn?t been cleaned that charcoal taste I didn?t get very much rice in the bowl was not satisfied don?t think I?ll come back there again
Waba Grill has a disappointing location. The food from the menu was very dry, and the woman at the register was quite rude. She was mopping while attempting to serve me, making the experience unpleasant. Communication was difficult since she neither spoke nor understood any English.
I had to wait quite a while, and my Waba bowl didn't get the care it needed. I've had better experiences at other places.
Every time I take, they forget an article and I have to go back!! Make sure you check your bag before you go.
