The food is good but why does it smell like boo-ty. Smells like a porter potty 3 hours in at your local rave event. Reminds me of a KFC I went to in Tijuana with the sewage water running under rails beneath my feet. Gives off a funky whiff you notice near a dump or the Los Angeles River on a hot windy day. Gotta change that mop water or get corporate to send them a new mop, I feel bad for the employees having to put up with that stench. The food is great though, 5 stars to the food.

I have to pick up food everyday at this location and in my opinion that place has a rank smell. No other waba grill location has that smell. I'm not going to say what it smells like but if you have been there you already know what I'm talking about. At first I thought a big piece of fish got left out and went bad but that smell wouldn't linger for 6 months. I would have the sewer vent pipes checked or increase the speed of the exhaust fan which will at least draw in fresh air.

The manager, Catrina, was very rude to me when I tried to explain that I didn't receive my side of cabbage a couple of days ago. I told her that I had spoken to the manager and he had said it would be taken care of when I returned. Instead, she just wanted to argue with me about the whole thing and looked at me as if I was putting on an act. This was very unprofessional and showed poor customer service. I am uncertain if I will be returning to this restaurant.

I placed an online order for pickup at 12:45 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at the specified time, they claimed they did not have my order. After showing the cashier the confirmation email, she looked into it and said it was being processed. Since I needed to leave, I requested a refund instead. The cashier's attitude was rude, and because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.

would never come back to this special waba grill. terrible and very unprofessional experience. I tried to get help on an order that was made wrong. the manager spoke to me like a child, cut me off and didn't let me speak, was extremely rude and unprofessional and then talked about me, right in front of me, in Spanish with another employee. they thought I didn't speak Spanish. worse experience ever.

I went to order and there was child behind the counter. Touching food and packaging the food order in bags. My food was poorly packaged and the child packaged my food in a way that my order was a mess in its container when I got back to work. I believe it’s a safety hazard and health issue to has a child behind a counter and a food establishment.

Adrianna has excellent customer service. The whole night team was great. We were the customers who went in 30 min before closing and ordered 4 bowls and no one gave us attitude only great service. I guess Adrianna and she's a big representative in the top. She showed what customer service should be anywhere. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was tasty, but lacking in meat and the portions of Waba sauce were also insufficient. The service was satisfactory. The restaurant was clean and I would rate it four stars, however, they need to be more generous with the amount of meat they serve.
