Waba Grill - Réservation de table

This restaurant is dishonest. I ordered online during COVID and was charged $11 for two plates, which seemed high to me since it was my first time ordering. When I went inside, I saw the in-store prices were much lower. If I had ordered there, my total would have been about $30 instead of $37. Additionally, my food wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick it up—even though I showed up after the estimated time and it wasn’t busy. The food was okay, but being overcharged for online orders feels like a scam. I also didn’t notice any clear enforcement of social distancing measures.

Waba Grill is my top choice among all the restaurants I've tried. It’s the spot I enjoy the most and always suggest to my friends. Whenever I crave a great meal, this is the first place I think of. The food is delicious, offering a diverse and flavorful menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is welcoming. Plus, the prices are fair. I highly recommend dining here.

This location is the worst if you go during the week between 6pm- closing time. I only go because it is one of the few local healthier options. I 've been there on MULTIPLE occasions and am told they 've 'run out ' of rice!!! How? I don 't get it. I won 't rate it one star simply because I 've gone on the weekend as well, when there is different staff and I 've had no problems.

The customer service was excellent when I placed a phone order. However, my main issue was with the dumplings. I requested them extra crunchy, but they came covered in a lot of residue from the griddle, making them taste burnt with every bite. It was not enjoyable at all. When I worked at Waba Grill, if a manager had seen this, they would have addressed it immediately. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff here don’t seem to know the menu at all. I’m going to drive to Downey instead and won’t be coming back. They promote the mini bowls but then serve me just a side with about two tofu cubes? Ridiculous. Don’t come here—they clearly don’t know what’s on their own menu.

The salads at Waba Grill are disappointing—stale, frozen, and unappetizing. I wish I could get a refund. However, at the Maywood location, the salads from the menu are made fresh, which is a much better experience.

I wasn't particularly impressed with this restaurant. The orange I had was dry, and they weren't generous with the salad. Both the beef and chicken were average at best. I don't think I'll be returning.

Bought the plant base meat tastes really good however they put real meat mixed in with the plant based one this is sad because I don?t eat meat and now I can?t eat the meal I purchased Réservez une table maintenant

The food was decent, but my dumplings came out burnt. The customer service felt disappointing, as the staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly.

The food is pretty good overall and the employees are very nice too. Definitely would go again, and I will.
