Worst Service Ever! Waitress didn't have gloves on. Tried to tell us ordering something as a substitute for something else would cost more. After bringing our food she never come back to see if we needed anything else like condiments or drink refills. She was really rude and acted like she didn't care about her customers. She was also not wearing slip resistant shoes and therefore almost fell multiple times. The tables were unclean and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped. The drink machines were disgusting looking and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent place to eat because this is not it.
Tonight the service was poor, there were six employees present but only one employee was serving tables while the others scrambled around and made messes and burnt food rather than keeping stock, washing dishes, and cooking properly. Im literally sitting here watching as one employee leans on the counter and watches the others cook while she does absolutely nothing but sit on the managers time clock, getting them hours of work in. I digress with a we 're out of ketchup , we don 't have any chocolate milk , no straws, no clean silverware, and burnt food.
We arrived around 10 a.m. on a Sunday. It was busy but we only had to wait a few minutes. I ordered the Cheesesteak Melt Bowl and a side of grits with coffee. The grits were divine, the bowl was plenty and was yummos. My coffee was good but could've been better..seems too watery and not enough coffee. Our server, Sara was excellent- request her if you can. I love the coffee cart they have for those waiting on a table. Everything went smooth, will visit again. Forgot to take pics of my food but I think you have an idea! lol
The food was DELICIOUS I really enjoyed the fluffy waffles and the fresh outstanding sausage. The service was really nice and I really recommend. Although it wasn't super busy so the wait wasn't long but I have been there when it is busy and I didn't have to wait long. Since there wasn't many people there it was nice, clean, and quiet. I really recommend this Waffle House if you love waffles like me..!!

We attempted to call in an order around 6:30 PM. Their phone went to voicemail saying they are not accepting orders over the phone right now. I wish I could tell my boss, hey we're getting slammed let's cut our phones off not accept orders for the rest of the night. Pure laziness.

The customer service is horrible. They take the order before ensuring that all the ingredients are available, and insist that you purchase it when it's not properly prepared. Poor quality and attitude to match. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did the job! Sometimes those cravings hit and waffle house will do what it's supposed to do
Food was awful. I will never eat that crap again. I mean awful. I got sick on my stomach.
