I had a troubling experience at Waffle House tonight while I was picking up my Togo order. Another customer threatened to stab me, and the staff did little to help, with the exception of one tall gentleman. Instead of intervening, many of the employees harassed me, and one even remarked that he should have let the other patron beat me up. I later tried to call back and speak with a manager but was given several excuses before being hung up on. When I called back, stating that I would take legal action if I didn't get a manager's name, they hung up on me again. Waffle House, I hope this message gets your attention because what occurred tonight is unacceptable, and I am serious about pursuing...
The waitress was incredibly friendly. If you're someone who enjoys a bit of adventure and living on the edge, this is the place for you. However, my silverware seemed like it might have been used for some questionable tasks, perhaps changing the wax ring around the toilet flange. Also, the skillets and pans that were used to cook my eggs and pancakes seemed like they could have been involved in some sort of assembly line animal sacrifices. That said... I’m still alive!

Call in a order tonight well this morning get there pick up the order get home open the order up and a surprise my order wasn't done correctly I asked for onions in my egg and the waffle they gave me look like it was from yesterday it's just ridiculous.Don't you just hate when you hungry late at night and then they mess up your food that's why I gave them a two star for. But Ilove waffle House though.

I attempted to call the restaurant later to express my anger and address the situation, but I was cut off after I voiced my concerns. When I called back and requested the name of a manager, they hung up on me.
I hope this message brings attention to the unacceptable behavior I encountered this evening. I am seriously considering legal action because of how I was treated.
I have to confess that it had been years since I last visited a WH, but my travel companion is a fan of the place. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restaurant was, the quality of the service, and yes, even the quality of my lunch. The sweet tea was fantastic as well! I won’t be ignoring WH in the future and might even consider trying it for breakfast someday.
I visited this restaurant one Saturday morning. The staff were friendly and we were seated right away. Overall, the food and service were good. The eggs were cooked to perfection. However, I can't give a full five stars because the waffle was undercooked and soggy. This was disappointing, especially since we had specifically asked for it to be well done and crispy.
This was my first time eating at a Waffle House and, I must say that the food was good and served quickly. Our waitress was okay but the table that we sat at needed to be wiped off because it was sticky. .overall the food was Delicious ????.
