Honestly their food is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, but their customer service is not the best. They may snap at their customers and be late a few times, they’re a really great place food wise though so I understand good business means they might run late a few times. I love EVERYTHING from this place, their food just goes unmatched. I’ve tried other chinese food places once in a while and never call back because this place is the best to me. The rice is the best part, most other Chinese food places’ rice is a bit on the paler side but this place has a nice tan to their rice which makes it taste delicious. Only Chinese Food place I will call as long as I live in the area!
I have been there for over 12 years, but I was disappointed yesterday when I went to get my food because the guy who denied me teller and gave me how he said: "the are too expensive now" and wanted to charge me up $1 for 2 teller and 2 forks. I received only 1 fork for my order over $20. eating is good, but as a business and they should provide the basic needs for ordering the customer, no matter how much prices rise, if at all, they should not increase the prices of food for utensils.
I recently tried some Chinese food that was truly exceptional. It was delicious even when reheated the next day. This restaurant is the top choice in Suffolk County for Chinese cuisine. The ingredients were very fresh, particularly the rib tips and shrimp fried rice.
Chinese food is always better where the sign is faded and the floor is greasy. They have the best boneless spare ribs around.
