mais d seemed like he could not give two hoots, was not interested in our open table reservation, he did not seem to follow them. he put our table of 5 on the back of the restaurant and was not helpful when we wanted to move. although it provides better tables. we have been using what we were offered when we were hungry (family.) our waiter was better what balanced the service. the food was good. delivered hot, service a little slow, but not the waiter mistakes. I looked understated. kitchen staff (we were next to them) were unprofessional and speak quite loud about how they want to date (for a better word) one of the waiter sisters. would not return to this two-g. not my previous experience...
at the first visit today, and I will definitely come back! beautiful, friendly and attentive staff who look really happy to be there! when our waiter sat with fresh water, he spoke to us through the menu and paid the app (very useful! and constantly checked how we did it. eating is for dying, totally blown away, how delicious, fresh and the filling of the food was. so much better than the same old chain restaurants. wahaca has something for everyone and good for those who are introduced into Mexican food. absolutely delicious!
We made a reservation while walking to the restaurant. We were almost 20 minutes early and the restaurant hadn't even received the OpenTable reservation yet, but they cleared a table and had us seated in 5 minutes even though they were clearly quite busy. Service was excellent, our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating, and the food was quite good and well worth the price. The ambience was nice although quite loud where we were seated. Overall a very nice dinner.
Not very happy with our food on our last visit.The potatoes were over done ,some hard and burn't and the shoulder of lamb was mostly bone and there was no mint sauce .The orange juice was watered down with loads of ice.Staff all very friendly.

Really poor experience. No table reserved when we got there claimed they never received the open table booking. Very cold as draft constantly from opening door. Very slow and in friendly service. Cold plates for food. I won't be going back
Probably the most honest Italian restaurant I've come across in Chichester. Food is really fresh and tasteful, service is swift and friendly. All in all a very pleasant discovery.
zizzi restaurants are always a reliable and 'safe bet'. I dined in the Chichester branch and found it well on all counts food, service, price etc.
Lovely meal and friendly staff. Always a favourite place to eat.
