I had a really positive experience at Waitrose thanks to a staff member named Sam. I was looking for puff pastry sheets, but they were out of stock. Sam took the time to check availability for me and explained that it would be restocked next week. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t just stop there—he helped me find alternative options and even suggested a better one after checking again. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Sam!
