This place must be a joy to eat in other than a Wednesday, and more especially, a Saturday afternoon, when every man and his dog are trying to have something to eat before they go to see the feeding of the lynx (at It...is the only place for miles, and is immediately adjacent to the enclosure, so is absolutely heaving. Die Wanderung wurde von Bad Harzburg aus gestartet.Mit der Seilbahn ging es auf dem Burgberg und weiter zu Fuß in Richtung Rabenklippen mit dem Ziel im Waldgasthaus Mittag zu machen.Gut an gekommen haben wir im Lux Gehege von der Beobachtungsblattform die Lux'e beobachtet.Danach ging es zu dem Mittagessen in das Waldgasthaus Rabenklippen .Es ist eine gut Bürgerliche Küche im rustikalen Ambiente.Wichtig das Gasthaus ist sehr gefragt, darum sollte jeder Gast am Wochenende auch entsprechend Zeit einplanen. Die Zeit kann man sehr gut nutzen die tolle Aussicht zum Brocken zu genießen.Viel Freude im Harz...

Endroit vraiment sympa avec une vue imprenable sur une vallée et les montagnes du Harz. Le service et la nourriture étaient goos aussi. Le Germknödel est fait maison et vraiment très bon, l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais eu. Surtout en hiver, la cheminée chaude et ... le chocolat chaud aident à se réchauffer après la promenade dans la neige

Really nice place with an amazing view over a valley and the Harz mountains. The service and the food was goos as well. The Germknödel is homemade and really really good, one of the best I ever had. Especially in winter the warm fireplace and...the hot chocolate help to heat up again after the walk in the snow.
