This has been our favorite dinner experience in Switzerland, most of our time in which has been in this Aletsch Arena area. The food was amazing, with beautiful presentation as well. The wine list is extensive, backed by a great wine cellar, and our choice of a recommended organic Pinot Noir from the area was excellent. The restaurant and the hotel it is part of are so beautiful, with a wonderful view and a lot of character - a reading room with the fireplace burning and a "smoking room" with a turntable and large collection of classic rock LPs, for example. But most of all, the friendly and kind service and attention made us feel as part of the family and we want to go back not just to eat...
A wonderful restaurant with breathtaking views. The thing that makes it really special is the attentiveness of the servers as well as the little details in the good preparation. Allergies are taken into account even across several reservations, all is delicious and kids friendly. This is truly a 5 star restaurant. Please reserve- it’s full all winter.
Friendly staff and good choice of a la carte as well as fixed evening menu. Food was good. Limited seats next to the window for a view of the mountains so reserve ahead if you want a specific table, especially on the weekend.
Outstanding stay. Stayed with my Family and we felt like at home. All our wishes were accomodated with extreme generosity. An hidden gem in Bettmeralp. Absolutely recommend and we will return.

Best quality food and excellent service. We had 5 dinners and 5 breakfasts at this hotel and I can't think of a single thing that could have been better.
This restaurant serves a delicious swiss and european kitchen. All is pecisely cooked and prepared ans service is prima qualität.
We were served several regional specialties, and the family and staff were more than willing to accommodate special requests.
Food is 5-Star!!! Healthy and bountiful, the chef's talents in preparing the food and the presentation were phenomenal.
