As residents of the Australian desert who travel frequently, we've often found the dining scene lacking in quality restaurants. However, last night, some friends took us out for a farewell dinner, assuring us we would be impressed. They were absolutely right. Wally's exceeded our expectations with its wonderful food and service, complemented by a level of personal interaction that is hard to come by these days. The owner, Michael, is exceptional, and his staff is equally impressive. Michael, we can't wait to visit again in November and December. First of all, I want to give a shoutout to the valet driver who really went above and beyond – thank you for taking care of my Tesla. Unfortunately, that was the only standout service I experienced here. The food was on par with what you would expect from the Cheesecake Factory. The short ribs were tough and lacked flavor, and the overall service fell short of expectations. I was handed just a butter knife and salad fork for my short ribs, and the server seemed annoyed that I didn't order a cocktail, wine, or dessert. Hands down best abalone I’ve ever had! The DeLuca family, used to love coming here for the fashion shows, my grandparents Mr. and Mrs. DeLuca would help dress all of the models with their jewelry. I would go around explaining about the jewelry to try tohelp them with a show, the waitresses and the staff always took such good care of us. The ambience, the lighting, the bathroomis beautiful! It’s small and quaint yet the acoustics are perfect. The background with someone playing piano, makes it overthe top dinning experience.Truly the best time of our lives. Thanks Wally’s, MISS y’all!
Wally's is outstanding. I've visited a couple of times and have consistently experienced top-notch and attentive service throughout my meals. The food is excellent in every aspect, and I can hardly find anything to complain about. The atmosphere is semi-formal; I personally prefer to dress up a bit, but I've noticed that some diners come in very casual attire. The addition of soft live music enhances the experience, especially when seated in the bar area. While it is on the pricier side, I believe it's well worth the cost. Réservez une table maintenant

The atmosphere is semi-formal; I've felt most comfortable dressing up, although I've noticed other diners coming in quite casually. The live soft music adds a lovely touch to the experience, especially in the bar area. While dining here can be pricey, I believe it's absolutely worth it.
If you have a fondness for the '60s, this is the perfect spot for you. The restaurant features classic Southern California decor, traditional waitstaff, live music, and a nostalgic menu. Everything was impeccably prepared. I particularly recommend the soufflés, which were outstanding. I also enjoyed the filet of sole and the calves' liver. However, the oysters and beef carpaccio were just average.
This place was amazing! We sat at the bar, where we enjoyed incredibly good live music and were greeted by the friendly staff. The food was outstanding—I can honestly say I had the best mushroom soup I've ever tasted. If you go, you absolutely must try the chocolate soufflé. Everything was great from start to finish, from the valet service to the bar and everything in between.
We live in Nashville and often travel to the desert. Wally's is always on our list of places to visit. Maddy and her team consistently go above and beyond, providing a classic fine dining experience.
