Not helpful to disabled customers who require scooters. I was there to shop with an elderly disabled person yesterday, and we needed a scooter. There were none there. I saw someone leaving with one, and asked her if we could use it. She said she already told someone else they could have it.... please get more scooters. You should not have customers having to wait and hope for someone else to let them use it after. We went in the store, and he tried using the cart like a walker, but couldn 't do it, so I called customer service, and asked if they had any more. I was told no, and I suggested they need to get more. I was told I only answer the phone she offered to transfer me to manager, and th...
The experience with the employees varies quite a bit—some are friendly, while others can be quite rude, which is typical for many places. Unfortunately, other customers can be inconsiderate too, often blocking the way and not moving when you need to reach for something. It’s also frustrating that there are rarely enough cash registers open; last night, there was only one register available while a line of about 50 people waited at self-checkout. The store is constantly being restocked, which means the aisles are often blocked, and at times, it looks like we’re back at the beginning of the pandemic with how sparse the shelves can be. For instance, last night, the cereal aisle was nearly empty...
I make the drive to this particular location because I can't stand the Walmart on Cicero, which is the closest one for me. Throughout the pandemic, I've been using their curbside pickup service, and I highly recommend it. The team is amazing, with hardly any wait time. They put in a lot of effort with all the lifting, carrying, and walking they do. I truly appreciate their hard work and the precautions they take during the pandemic—I'd give curbside service a solid 10 out of 10. While the store can sometimes have long lines, it is generally well-stocked. The staff is always cheerful and polite, both on the sales floor and at the checkout!
Located in a plaza that had ample parking. Offers all the basic groceries, fresh and frozen products you might be looking for with the value added products that a typical Walmart would offer.The self checkout section makes it super easy to get it, shop what you need and leave in a much faster and efficient way.I recommend using the app, which allowing it to use your location only while you’re using it, to find what you are looking for and make great use of your time and limit what you get. I've been to this Wal Mart on a couple of occasions for a variety of reasons. My recent visit, we were told by the gun store behind it that they sold shot gun ammo. In which case they didn't but I was surprised they sold ammo in general. The store is clean for the most part besides that. The store is super huge and there's a lot of good stuff you could find. If you can't find what you need, there's a Sam's club (which is owned by Walmart) right next door! The lines at Walmart are hectic at times And the people could be pretty out of the ordinary but truthfully it is one of the better Walmarts I've been too.
Ordered a cake for a co- workers promotion party. I explained exactly what I wanted and even pointed to the cake patterns I wanted, from their book. Went back at agreed time to pick it up and it wasnt anything like I ordered. The lady that had the horrible cake had an attitude. When I asked for a manager, with an attitude said she was a manager, turned around and walked away. When I asked for her name she didnt reply. This is the WORST customer service I have ever had. Rude staff that dont bother to care at all.
This store is usually clean and the staff is very friendly. The produce section is great as well as all the pantry Staples. The clothing section is usually stocked with different sizes and I love that i can find a shirt I didn't find in my size in other stores. Their plus section is full of variety! Only item i don't see them stocking much is shoe department. Overall a great store to visit!
It was great. Went in found what I needed, then went to the check out. If only there was a way to avoid the check out lanes, that would be great.. the express do it yourself check out lanes usually have long lines too, but move much faster then the other check outlanes.
