I can't believe my experience at this establishment. My last three experience have been substandard but this one takes the biscuit. I ordered 4 fish kebabs. They told me to come in 25 minutes ...we did and they made us wait 45 minutes. When we reached home all 4 WERE COMPLETELY BURNT !!!!!!! We drove 20 minutes again to show them that it was inedible and they said they don't have any fish kebabs left .. Fine ...we asked that we want our money back as 3 of them were untouched and they refused. They wanted to charge us £12.45 to order something else as the contents were disturbed. After arguing with them it was 9:45pm and we left hungry and angry. Even though they admitted they were burnt and...

In early 1990 there was a place on the road that we used Streatfield to frequent as students. This place was called 'Carbon Kebab' and led by Mr. Popat, and it was definitely the best grilled food you could buy. No matter what time they come, it's always full, day or night. Before there were people waiting in their cars outside to open at lunchtime. A few years later, Mr. Popat made his millions, and sells his business. The new owners were not as good as Mr. Popat, and he doubled his business for a while. Now Mr. Original Popat is back, with its original carbon recipes, and is responsible for grilled food in Warsi. I visited today with a friend, both used to come to 'Carbon' before. After 25...

A leap in lunchtime, like others was hungry and I saw written in the best original sign in the city Sheesh Kebabs or something. I love kebabs. These were disgusting!!! We asked for a Lacha Paratha, which was not bad, but a little greasy. The kebabs were little made, and I had the crude of the separate inside the kebabs and left on my plate. Well, my dish was full of what I had left aside. I ordered the bill. She told me I didn't like the food, I told her kebabs weren't properly cooked. She said, please, sir. £7.30. Never again. And I've also heard that he's the little coal-place boy at some doors. That the food guys a few years ago, especially their chicken brooch with curry sauce and rice,...

I must say I feel for the vegetarian guy who checked and said everything he got was £ 1.75 out of the bill. this is terrible customer service warsi! we have eaten here often. eating is decent, the service is hit and miss. although my din in experience was good when I order for a take, it can be haired! from ordering to collecting and ensuring that it is right. but my family are all-eating and their love to the kebabs is two to none. they are absolutely dear warsi. I have cousins who come for a weekend and all want warsi. so the quality of the food is high if they can only rent people who understand customer service, this place would be a 4/4.5 as result it is an optimistic 3.5, although in m... We ordered various food such as meat samosas, lamb shish chips and salad and a few other dishes. I think Mr Popat has left because before the portions were a decent size, nowadays the lamb is pretty much tasteless and you have to ask for extra salad as the amount they give is a really small amount. The samosas were terrible and very oily and the pastry was broken meaning that half the filling was outside. The problem you have is that they are generally the best Ines for menu in terms of lamb/chicken shish with chips and salad. Kebabish round the corner is much better value and the service is much quicker. We were told on the phone our order will be 20 mins but it took more than 40 mins

We used to go to Mr Popat regularly when it was Charcoal, when we found out Mr Popat was back at Warsi we returned. However, where she the food is excellent today was very disappointing. The chicken was over cooked and dry with burnt edges. The bread was put on top of sheet of paper, so when the sauce leaked it caused the paper to stick to the food. So whilst eating the food and you find paper in your mouth it's not very pleasant. Mr Popat please sort your staff out, and standard of cooking, we were all very disappointed.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly impolite! The manager was even worse. When we informed them of our allergies, they became defensive, started yelling, and ultimately asked us to leave. We simply mentioned a nut allergy, but their reaction was disgraceful. We paid and left. It's no surprise the restaurant was empty. If this is how they treat customers, it's no wonder. I wish I could give it zero stars.

A pity, especially in such an area with such quality nearby. The roll was insipid, the garlic paneer and the too subtle Paneer Tikka curry was horrible. Curry's Tesco packaging is better. No doubt the ingredients they use are fresh and the naan was nice, but they need to have a proper Indian Chef with palate Réservez une table maintenant
