We got all you can eat hot pot. Everything was great with the hot pot, until one of my side orders arrived. I had ordered orange chicken and I literally received multiple pieces that were fully raw. They brought a new order back which was fine.Mind you, hot pot isn't cheap, I spent over $100 and for receiving a pieces of raw chicken I was discounted $3. The $3 discount pushes me over the edge, for almost eating raw chicken and possibly being sick for multiple days, and having spent over $100. That's poor customer service.They also have a lot of dirty dishes and utensils.
A tip: try to place your order as soon as you can get the server's attention, as they can get really busy! I haven’t tasted the hotpot yet, but the sushi and sashimi I had were quite good and tasted fresh. Just a heads-up: if you have a shellfish or seafood allergy, the vegan and vegetarian dishes may not be safe.
