Watermark Restaurant - Niagara Falls

As the sun was ascending to a much clearer horizon, we decided to enjoy breakfast with an airier feel. For an extra $5 per person, we were granted access to the 33rd floor, south tower Watermark restaurant. At this point, you're really paying for the phenomenal view, which after all is a great backdrop to the meal. The bill can be added to your room charge, convenient especially if you're collecting points. Though bear in mind that gratuities are not included.In a buffet, timing is important. I looked up the restaurant and made a reservation months ahead because I'd like to surprise my fiancee with a memorable dinner at the tail-end of our trip. We were shown to the table at the far corner where the view was even better. Upon settling down we realized we were slightly underdressed but our waiter remained professional and friendly all the way.To be honest I always adjust my expectations on the food at this type of establishment because you're obviously paying a premium for the view and ambiance. We stopped here for a pre-dinner drink and their varied drinks menu was worth the effort. Depending on the room that you have the view may not have changed much but if you got a lower level or non Falls view room then this is a definite place to check out - particularly when there is the fireworks show.

We stopped here before our dinner at the Watermark. FYI- it overlooks the watermark, so we decided to finish our drink and go eat our dinner. Nothing special about overlooking the restaurant we were about to eat at. The drinks were expensive. We went early (6:00) and it was totally dead. Réservez une table maintenant

Family gathering for husband's surprise 60th birthday. Great location as granddaughter of 12 was allowed to join us until 8pm. She ordered Coke as we all ordered mixed drinks and beer. Live entertainment was good.

Cocktail staff were very amusing and helpful. The cocktails themselves were absolutely divine. Well executed and the ambience and the comfortable seating made this an absolutely fantastic place to relax

Very fancy romantic place to take that special someone for a night cap,You get a nice few and a ritsy atmosphere the staff is polite and on the ball, A little pricey but he?she is worth it right? lol

Arrived around 6pm ,every table has a great view of both falls. Had steak and it was excellent. Service was great. To my surprise there was plenty of food to fill this large frame. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff was attentive and very good. We ordered apps and burgers that were delicious. There was live music every afternoon. We went 3 times we liked it so much.

This was recommended to us. The view was amazing and the food was well prepared. Two thumbs up to the chef at the omelet station.
