I usually don't write bad reviews, but in this case I can't help myself. I went to wawa tonight to get two drinks, when I was leaving I walked towards the same door I came in 5 minutes before, I noticed a caution cone, but it wasn't blocking the door so I walked out, only to tripped on a rug that was ripped in front of the door. My biggest problem is that rather than asking if I was okay, the lady from the store just gave me dirty look and starting blaming me, when I didn't even open my mouth. There were two other people walking right behind me and there were upset because of their attitude and lack of concern. One of my drinks spilled I picked up the cup threw it on the garbage and left. I was too much in my life, and this place has the worst service by far. I have placed an order for board pickup, and after more than 20 minutes of order I never received my order. After entering, the cashier told me rudely that I have to wait because my food was not ready yet. It turned out that my food was ready and they forgot to deliver it to my car. Note, I only have lock pickup because I had a negative experience when I placed a mobile order the previous time. We have been going to this wawa for many years. We have even driven out of our wawa to go to this location but, since Annamae has become manager the place had changed for the worse. All of the experienced good workers are going to other locations because she's horrible. I'm not just assuming they have told me that. The new workers just goof around and don't care how long you wait. Most of them are rude younger people with bad attitudes. There is something seriously wrong when you have a 60 ish year old woman delivering curbside and a 20 ish year old at the register. Show some respect! If it doesn't change I'm calling corporate!
The workers at this restaurant keep the food they make behind a glass and a red line until they finish everything, and then push it out all at once. I witnessed them finish making my salad, leave it there, and then start making 4 other meals before finally addressing my order. I had to approach the glass and inquire if one of the bags was my order. The lady simply replied and continued making another order. It would be better if they communicated with customers instead of waiting to finish multiple orders before pushing them out. Réservez une table maintenant
No ice in Soda machine. Went to register..Tina pointed in direction of food prep area and said they can help you over there . I asked her if she couldn 't just make them aware over her employee communication device she had in her ear. She repeated they can help you over there they have ice in a bucket I went to food pick up..repeated that there was no ice in the soda machine...again was told they can help you in beverage area Went to beverage area (8 feet away) ... I don?t usually write reviews but I had to! I like wawa but this location is TERRIBLE!!! I tried to avoid this branch but I still gave it a chance. I know it gets busy, but come on now! I ordered beefsteak hoagie to go, as soon as I opened it at home, what a surprise! No beefsteak! Also my wawa refresher is just like flavored water. Doesn?t taste like other wawa. What a waste of time, energy and money! Also, the only wawa that always don?t have stuffed pretzels! Disappointing! ?
