I visited Wawa tonight (Friday, 11/11 at 11:30pm) and the manager was absolutely incredible! Not only did she lead the team by example, but she also worked quickly to ensure every customer was served promptly despite the overwhelming number of orders. We heard her checking in with her team members and making sure they were doing okay, and she made our panini perfectly! We were truly impressed. She deserves recognition because it’s rare to be served by someone with such a positive attitude, no matter the situation. Outstanding service!
I visited Wawa last night (Friday, 11-11, 11:30 pm) and the manager was outstanding! We heard her checking in with her team to ensure they were doing well, and she made our Panini flawlessly. We were genuinely impressed! Her commitment really stood out, and we truly value being served by someone with such a positive attitude regardless of the situation. The service was excellent!
I love Wawa's sandwiches ? But my biggest concern is the employees handling the drinks. For some reason they REFUSE to change gloves! This is VERY nasty! They're touching everything around them and washing the containers and get right back to making smoothies etc WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON... ? Let's not get started on the attitude when they're asked to change those gloves ????? smh...
At Wawa, the manager Sarah went above and beyond by lending me a personal air pump for my car’s tires during a rainstorm when the free air pumps weren’t working. She understood that I couldn’t drive safely and made sure my friend and I could get home without any issues. Plus, their menu has a great selection to enjoy while you wait. Thank you so much, Sarah! :D

The worst Wawa I've ever experienced, especially under Jamie, the team leader! All the kiosks were closed, and the staff were disrespectful and rude, even threatening not to prepare my order when I asked about its status. I held back from saying more, but it was a terrible experience. Every employee working that night should be fired!

Everyone on the overnight shift should be fired!
This place is extremely dirty and not well-maintained. Everything from the shelves to the soda machines is dirty or disorganized. There are people panhandling or homeless individuals loitering in front of the store. The bathrooms, soda/slushy machines, floors, and windows all need to be cleaned. It feels like a very unsafe area.
The manager, Sarah, went out of her way to help by lending me a personal air pump for my car tires during a rainstorm when the free pumps weren’t working. She was very compassionate and made sure my friend and I could get home safely. Thank you, Sarah!

This place was very nice and clean for a few years when it opened...it look like the staff has changed it became dirty.. filthy..things are missing...I go to a lot of wawas throughout the new Jersey this one is the worst one.
