Last night, on Monday, 27. June 2022, I had made a very bad customer service experience in this wawa on Dekalb Hecht in kop. I ordered a sharp chicken sandwich that was hot, but it was cold. The food was prepaid by system and menu. I complained about the kind of service, but the employee ignored me as if I were nothing. I stood right in front of the counter for about 10 mn waited for my sandwich to bake or at least warm, nothing was done as desired. I was ignored. So I was forced to raise my voice to see a manager for help, and finally someone from the back office seems to come to the manager and help me after that. He ordered a turkey bowl that was quite disappointing. He also ordered a chicken sandwich, but it seemed they missed the mark. Instead of cheeseburgers, he received a hamburger without cheese—with just salad and tomatoes on only half a bun. There was no top bun on his cheeseless burger, either. The young man who handled the situation appeared to be flustered, along with others in the restaurant. It was a shame. I've made sure to share this experience with everyone I know. The staff could really use some improvement.
Ordered a honey turkey sandwhich with various toppings. And some soup. Recieved my order and went home looking forward to eating my sandwhich. When I got home and opened my sanwhich, I had recieved beef with butter on a roll. The order was completely wrong, and I checked the bag to make sure it was mine. It had my order number 89 and all the correct toppings I ordered. Just not the right sanwhich. Dissapointing.
Great location for Wawa! Stop here often on my commute. One complaint is all the truck traffic that blocks things off. The staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and made right every time. The gas prices are usually cheaper then all the other locations around town. The store is bright, well organized, and clean including the bathrooms. Réservez une table maintenant
I wish I could give zero stars. This by far is THE worst wawa I?ve ever been to. Even worse than the one in blackhorse. No joke. I had a cashier embarrass me and I?ll never go back in there again. It?s also not very clean and not stocked. I wouldn?t use the bathroom either. It?s nasty. You are lucky if you get out of that parking lot without major stress issues.
The gas station is consistently overcrowded, to the extent that traffic gets congested in the parking lot. This is primarily because many customers are only visiting the convenience store, which shouldn't be permitted. It's better to stop at the Sunoco down the road instead.
