Wawa is a cherished institution in Pennsylvania, which makes it especially disappointing for me to rate this location only one star. I’m thrilled to announce that this will be MY WAWA when I return to the East Coast USA this autumn! Two years ago, I moved from New Jersey to Michigan, and one of the things I miss most is Wawa. Since retiring, I’ve traveled a lot and made it a point to stop at Wawa whenever I can, whether it’s in Florida or Maine. Today, I visited one of the cleanest and best-stocked locations I’ve ever encountered. The coffee staff was especially friendly and helpful. She greeted me warmly while I poured my coffee and even took the time to show me where the coffee is brewed. Kudos to Wawa! We need more locations like yours across the country. I occasionally visit this Wawa and have never had any issues until now. The staff is generally polite, and I can usually get in and out quickly. However, during my recent visits, I found that the cashier, Jean, has not been very friendly. I'm not sure what has changed, as she was always kind before, but her current attitude has been quite off-putting. These negative experiences have made me feel uncomfortable. I really hope she returns to her former friendly self!

I stopped visiting the Bristol location because the deli service was really slow, even when there were only a few customers, including at 1 AM. Now, I've noticed that this location is starting to experience delays as well, with many customers having to wait. However, I did notice that orders placed through DoorDash are processed much faster. It might be a good idea to use that service to avoid the wait.

I've noticed that if you order through DoorDash, your food is prepared much faster. It might be better to just use that option instead of waiting in line.
Alyson offered outstanding help during my visit. When their tablets were down and I wanted to order a regular vanilla milkshake, she didn’t make me wait for the problem to be fixed. Instead, she personally came over to assist me with placing my order. That’s true exceptional customer service!
The customer service at Wawa is outstanding! At 5:45 PM, the line was nearly out the door, but Craig efficiently kept things moving with a smile on his face. He was friendly to every customer and skillfully managed two registers simultaneously. Craig is truly a valuable asset to the team!

The Columbia coffee shop remains quite empty. The regular coffee tastes nearly like hot water. One staff member seems to be standing around with a blank expression, appearing to do very little.
