I have been a regular at this store since 2012, and aside from one negative experience with an employee, my visits have consistently been positive. The staff at all three stations are friendly, polite, and helpful. They serve excellent coffee and exceptional takeout at two of the counters. I particularly love their sandwiches, subs, and delicious soups! Overall, both the products and customer service are outstanding. Kudos to the management for creating a business model that truly works. This store caters to a busy, often rushing, large customer base 24/7, and the hardworking employees do so with great courtesy and efficiency. I genuinely enjoy my trips to Wawa on Pennell Rd. I understand that food preparation can take longer when there are a lot of customers, but I waited over 15 minutes while everyone ahead of me received their orders. When I asked the employee if my order was being prepared, she seemed annoyed and appeared to have no idea about it. It turned out my order was actually ready, but they never called my number. To make matters worse, they placed it in a plain brown bag with no number on it, so I couldn't even identify it. Additionally, they didn’t apologize for the long wait.
I went to the restaurant and had an unpleasant experience. I used my last remaining credit card, but then they mistakenly accused me of a problem and issued a refund to my card, which I didn't want. I asked for the money back in cash instead. Now I'm left scrambling to figure out how I'll pay for gas, as they've taken my money without offering any real help. I spoke to the manager, but she showed no compassion and was unable to assist me.
Not on the BRISKET!! It tries to be shredded, but it is muddy, almost like paste with occasional shredders of meat. And a 10 is $8.99! I have 10 and the Brioche. The dog ate $15 sandwiches. Save yourself. Go to Arby's for Brisket. Seriously. Réservez une table maintenant
