I came for gas and some snacks before I went on the street. The guy who threw me out was rude. He didn't even try to offer me a bag for my stuff....4 Water bottles 4 bags of chips and some candy and rubber. He probably expected me to wear everything in my arms. I asked him for a bag and he said they'd charge 35 cents for a reusable bag. I said that's okay. Then he gives me the bag. I asked him so you won't take my clothes off. I've seen how you dumped the previous customer and didn't mention how much it costs. I bag my stuff. I felt very discriminated because I am Latina female. And he couldn't be harassed with me. Very poor customer service.
They really have no idea how to handle online ordering. Watch your order! If they are out of something they will not remove it and refund your money, you have to make sure you do it or they will just keep your money. And every time it happens they act like its the first time so they have no idea what to do. One time (out of many) i had to argue with the cashier because he didn't refund the tax as well. There is no protocol in place to make sure you get what you order. I wonder how many people don't realize this and wawa just keeps their money.
Two different maskless people came in in the amount of time it took to wait for a sandwich, with no intervention from the store staff. Either the management has failed to give them the authority to enforce both a state government mandate as well as their own policy (according to many signs throughout), or they have failed to train their staff on the need to do so
The overnight staff is amazing and friendly. They work under pressure. I?m fully aware of the help situation because it?s everywhere. Despite this they work hard even through the most difficult of situations. They should be recognized for that. I hope John the manager sees this review. Thanks.
