Just needed to compliment the young man who is working tonight at the register . I?ve noticed in to many places the younger generation of the 20 and unders who are working in jobs that deal with customer service are lacking everything that applies tojust that. Tonight the young man who rang me up was more then kind. I recently broke my ribs so he could not tell that I mayhave been hurt but saw the struggle in my face when I realized I had to carrry these normally easy two 6 packs of water. withoutme asking or saying more he insisted he carry to my car so I did not have to make 2 trips or just strain myself as he saw I didat the register possibly. Recently, I injured my ribs and was in quite a bit of pain, so I couldn’t carry two six-packs of water like I usually do. He noticed I was struggling and immediately offered to help me carry them to my car. His thoughtfulness made a big difference in my day, especially after a difficult week. What impressed me most was that, even at the end of his shift, he saw me as more than just a customer. He took a moment to acknowledge me as a person, and that small act truly lifted my spirits. I’m thankful for his kindness and reminded to pay it forward by showing compassion to others, even through simple acts like helping someone with their bags. Thank you to this young man for his genuine kindness.

My experience at Wawa was disappointing. The cashier, a redheaded woman with curly hair, seemed to have no personality and poor customer service skills. She didn’t understand what a Newport Box was, and didn’t offer any polite greetings or thanks. She basically just stared at me, so I returned the stare. I live very close, but I’d rather drive a bit farther to the Wawa down the street, where the staff provide excellent customer service. They should consider sending her to customer service training or perhaps suggest that retail isn’t the right fit for her.

I visited Wawa around 1:20 PM and was disappointed with my experience. The bread was tough, and although dipping it in vinegar improved it slightly, I really missed having mayo. Instead of spinach, I was served a salad, and my hoagie wasn’t cut in half as requested. It took a long time for them to bring out the wrong order, which was frustrating. Following the instructions on the screen shouldn’t be difficult, and it felt like the staff would be better suited to pumping gas than making sandwiches. Réservez une table maintenant

I placed orders through DoorDash two nights in a row, and both times they forgot the main item. You’d expect the staff to carefully read and fulfill orders correctly, but their repeated mistakes turn a convenient app like DoorDash into a frustrating experience. Out of the thousands of Wawa locations in New Jersey, this has to be the worst when it comes to handling food orders.

I ordered two nights in a row thru doordash and they forgot the main item both times, you would think they hire people that know how to read the orders correctly and send out what needs to be sent out, their careless mistakes make a convenient app likedoordash completely inconvenient. Out of the 6000 wawas in jersey this has to be the worst one when it comes to food orders.

around 1:20pm-Bread is hard but soaked in vinegar but missed the mayo, they gave me lettuce instead of spinach, never cut the hoagie in half, they took long for WRONG ORDER!. Not that hard to follow instructions on the screen. Needs to get retrained, orput outside to pump gas instead of making sandwiches.

They don't seem to be able to get the doordash orders correct. This last time, it was missing the food, all i got were the chips and teas and those weren't even the right ones that i ordered. The bag i got was marked 1 of 1 so there was no way for thedriver to know he didn't have everything. Réservez une table maintenant

They appear unable to fix DoorDash orders. The last time I ordered, my food was missing—I only received the chips and teas, and not even the ones I ordered. The bag was marked 1 out of 1, so the driver had no way of knowing that the order was incomplete.
