I recently had the best customer service experience I've encountered in years, possibly ever. I ordered three medium subs, each with different meats, toppings, bread, and cheese. The gentleman who assisted me, I believe his name was Yomer, was incredibly friendly and made jokes with both me and the staff, always wearing a smile. I got a little mixed up while placing my order, but he handled everything with ease and even suggested labeling the subs for me. When I went to cut my sub in half, I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had already done it for me! The subs were well prepared, generously portioned, and absolutely delicious. I am completely impressed with this restaurant! The sandwiches are the best I've ever tasted, and the wings are incredible as well. We tried the pizza made by Parker, and it was absolutely delightful. He delivered outstanding service, going out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Parker is a truly remarkable young man; it's refreshing to encounter such good character in today's younger generation!

I really love shopping at Wegmans and want to continue going there. However, since I eat a lot of salad and buy their pre-packaged greens every week, I have a request: please reduce the amount of water in the pre-packaged Spring Mix! I had to throw away half of it today because there were so many wilted leaves! I'm seriously thinking about shopping elsewhere, which I really don't want to do!

I really hope the green shopping carts come back. They were ideal for fitting both of my kids, groceries, and water bottles in the bottom. I also asked at the bakery about why there are no chocolate eclairs anymore. They used to be very popular and would sell out quickly, but it seems like they’re not making them anymore. Rude as heck employees, particularly the blonde girl at self checkout today 1/24/2021 around 6pm. Super condescending and clearly has zero idea of what customer service is. Subs from the deli are a different size every-time I come there and they were out of stock for allot of products.

I’m in line at checkout for 5 minutes with two people in front of me. When I get up to the counter to unload my groceries she says, I’m closed. Not very customer-like.

Prices are average but the food is pretty good for being prepared a head of time. Convenient location by our hotel and cheaper than going out to eat all the time
