The restaurant is easy to find, but be aware that significant construction is taking place in the area as of May 26. If you're driving a large truck, you can still access the restaurant, but you'll need to be cautious. Docking can be tricky, particularly if there are other trucks around, so some careful navigation is necessary to park properly. If you need to weigh your truck, there’s a CAT scale at the Pemex station about a mile and a half away, located at the corner of Washington and Maple. For easier access, it’s best to go past the corner and use the entrance after Maple.
Very unorganized with their new employees, they don’t train you on what you’re supposed to do and they expect to know what you’re supposed to do when have no experience. I don’t speak Spanish and when you ask if can speak English they respond by telling you that you should know. I got hired here and made it clear that I do not have experience and would like to be trained, they have not done any of that.
Locating the restaurant was easy, but accessing it was a bit tricky. You need to turn onto Loveland from Garfield, but the intersection at Loveland is blocked. If you arrive before rush hour, you might have to look for a place to turn around to reach the restaurant. Once you're in, you'll need to turn to back into dock 3. It is very low quality of the Hong Kong style cha shu bun It was chuck meat with appropriate amount. Now it is just like even less than one teaspoon amount of ground meat. The bun size is much smaller than it was. Taste is not good at all.

I sampled two of the frozen bowls from the menu, and they turned out to be little more than an overpriced bowl of rice. There was nothing else that added to the experience. I honestly don't think they're worth the cost.

I hope I didn't come across fingers nails eating their Pork and Leek Dumplings. We've had their product many times, and this is the first time it occurred. I'm fairly disappointed.
