Mother's Day with lunch we ordered a wild paprika steak with mushroom sauce, pommes and salat. after more than 20 min we first got the “peee card” and ordered 2 times the Sunday dinner “ wild chopsteak with mushroom sauce, pommes and salat. the service us a chopsteak with fried wobble before the nase and said the wild mushroom sauce is enough, it could and a yogurt. such an alcohol. the service went away to get the jägersoße. at the first bite we immediately realized that this was never a wild chopsteak and complained. here is another thing we have in this 1 std. 20 have seen each lot of teller with the menu and we also know how the normal black tip tastes and how it looks. as often as we we...
reserved in the day before, then arrived before place and very rudely received. After an older couple of his seats were illuminated, we could sit down. Of course, on a beer tent set, where 3 older women sat together with us. then we sat half an hour without service. during the waiting period they can get drinks in the cool, even there a very rude atmosphere. after the waiting period we have come to the decision to order something and are back to the house. Unfortunately we couldn't say anything to eat, but the mood there along with a previously reserved table we didn't get was too stupid. no thanks, not again

Dined here the evening of with some family and local friends. The place was filled to near capacity in all indoor areas. The waitresses were very courteous and was able to understand my poor german and of course she spoke better English than I...do german. The kitchen staff was able to cook and have delivered our food in a VERY timely manner. One must remember that restaurants like this do NOT precook their food unless it is something that requires long time. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to enjoy good food in a friendly atmosphere.
Dined here the evening of 14/11/2013 with some family and local friends. The space was filled in all interiors to the near capacity. The waitresses were very polite and could understand my poor Germans and of course they spoke better English than me. The kitchen staff was able to cook and delivered our food in time. It must be remembered that restaurants such as these NOT pre-cook their food unless it is something that requires a long time. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a friendly atmosphere.
When I found my self in this place I thought 'wow...this is so stereotypical German ..but nothing touristy of kitsch...just real traditional German, thus simply perfect. I loved the simple filling food, the service and even the noisy crowd
Great portions to eat and great wine at affordable prices. Parking can be difficult, you may need to drive to the cemetery and go back. Best food: Cheese carving.
