…und das kann in der Weinstube Zur Blum in der Landauer Altstadt schon mal zu einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse führen. Das von Hans Alexander seit 2001 geführte Weinlokal blickt auf eine lange Geschichte zurück. Bereits im 17.Jahrhundert betrieb man hier im Erdgeschoss des Frank-Loeb’schen-Hauses eine sogenannte „Restauration“. Der Name „Blum“ geht angeblich auf die erste Wirtin des gemütlichen Weintreffs zurück.   Mein letzter Bericht über die „Blum“ liegt schon ein paar Jahre zurück. Blum is the way to imagine an economy in the city centre. Pleasant ambience, very friendly and competent service. The choice of dishes is clear. Menu is not available, all dishes are written on the large slate table. The food is good and the portions have an optimal size. Over and over.
