Ich war mit Freundinnen im Wellenspiel. Erst nach Nachfrage haben wir unseren reservierten Tisch am richtigen Platz bekommen. Dann aber gab es tollen Service und sehr gutes Essen. Es gibt dort nicht nur Beef Tatare, sondern da sind dann noch gebratene Garnelen dabei etc. Sie haben sich bei den Speisen etwas einfallen lassen.Als sich das Lokal dann gefüllt hat hatte das Personal dann auch etwas weniger Zeit ... aber der Gesamteindruck war hervorragend. Als es dann dunkel wurde und die Beleuchtung angestellt wurde ... ganz toll.
We came here on an Airbnb recommendation. The outdoor seating is lovely on the water. It was busy and the waiter got to us quickly. I saw something the neighboring table ordered and asked for that...what I got looked nothing like it. It was salmon, poached eggs. I don't speak Austrian so I guess my fault for not just picking something rather than thinking the waiter knew what I meant. Anyway food was average but location very nice.
Have been to Wellen.Spiel already a couple of times, but mostly in summer. It was very nice to also see it once in autumn, when it is not soooooo extremely crowded. Very attentive and friendly service and the food was very delicious huge portion. Very nice location right at the Danube ship docking station and therefore utterly crowded in summer. Very recommendable!!
Hier kann man sich genussvoll das herrliche Essen schmecken lassen.Ich hatte ein Kalbschnitzel paniert und mein Partner ein Kotlett mit Gemüse und Bratkartoffeln .Alles von hoher frischer Qualität Service flott und freundlichder Platz an der Donau fantastisch

Amazing view, the tables outside will not let you out, you will want to sit there forever enjoying the view, the sun and THE food! Very tasty, extremely tasty!!! It's not cheap, but you will be ready to pay twice more after trying it!
Sehr gutes essen, tolles ambiente, Professionelles team.Der Kellner Steven war sehr zuvorkommend freundlich und höflich. Wir waren mit ihm sehr zufrieden da er immer da war aber nicht aufdringlich war. Wir werden wieder kommen.
After a walk along the Danube it is nice to go to the restaurant right up to the river and promenade. Pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful view of the Danube. Vegan friendly options. Tasty food.
Sehr angenehmer und professioneller Service-trotz der über 30 Grad. Das Essen ist absolut frisch und lecker bei allen 4 Gerichten (zB Algen Salat).Werden gerne wiederkommen!

Einfach eine tolle Lage direkt an der Donau das beste italienische Sorbet von Krems ! Ideal für Kinder da gleich neben dem Wellenspiel ein Kinderspielplatz ist !
