They got new coke machines at drive through. The setting is off and diet coke tastes like water. I told them a few times and I always ask to get my drink from the old machine. Each time is a process and they treat me badly with their facety attitudes. I'm not sure why the feedback isn't reaching management. Go try the diet coke from the old machine then try from the new machine and see how the new one taste like soda water.Also your staff are rude and need to learn how to work with customers instead of getting upset if we ask for a drink switch and give feedback.
36 minutes in the drive through with no communication from the workers at all?! Seriously?? There are those of us who don't mind waiting, when we know WHY we're waiting but waiting 10 minutes at the order mic alone without a peep until they took our order and another 25 at the window waiting just to be told they were waiting on fries... Communicate with your customers, if we have to wait, tell us instead of leaving us sitting there wondering what the heck is going on. Do better.
We don't often eat fast food, but after a busy morning, we decided to stop in for a quick snack. We ordered two JBCs, which were just okay, and two small fries that were hot and fresh. However, it took over 10 minutes to receive our order, while four other orders placed after ours were served before us. When my partner inquired about the delay, the staff member was very rude. Next time we want a quick bite, we'll choose A&W instead.
I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and it's honestly the worst one in all of Durham. If you're in a hurry, don't bother coming here. I've been a customer for 7 years, and it's always the same issue. I even listened to a 35-minute podcast during the wait and still didn't receive my food. The salad I got looked great at first but come to find the Lettuce is mostly rusted and soggy, thr apples were mushy as if this salad was made days ago. Hardly any chicken on it as well which is unfortunate. Not good at all. The customer service at this location had gotten better but the food quality has gone down drastically.
I have no qualms about atmosphere it is fast food, and generally they are pretty fast there and I am normally happy with the quality of the food (they forgot my bacon bits today, but no matter) I do wish the positive feeling one should get would be there. The lady who helped me today, just seemed super disinterested.
