Wendy's - Réserver une table

I showed up for dine-in during the busy dinner rush yet my order was taken within the minute and I waited all of a couple minutes for my food, so great service. Hannah the cashier was awesome! My spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and I was impressed with the quality of my side salad. There's a nice seating area with a wall mounted fireplace that gives a cozy atmosphere here, but I have to knock off a star because the beeping from the machines in the kitchen were loud and going crazy! Nobodies fault but it must be rough working there and hearing that for hours. Overall I'm very satisfied and already thinking about going back.

This store has a very hard time getting an order together correctly. Both in the drive-through and in skipthedishes orders, I've had to go back and have my order corrected 5-6 times. They particularly have difficulty putting a whole taco salad together. One time i've received it without the chili, another time without the sour cream. One of my kids is gluten free so i ordered only fries for him, which they forgot to include. I had to drive to the store to get his fries, which i had paid for, while everyone at home had their food.

i understand fast food is fast food but when ur baconator is a glorified double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon and looks like it got sat on and to mention the burnt cold fries disappointing . i used to be a big fan of wendy's ,not sure if this is isolated to the moncton wendy's or all across but it just seems to be going down hill .

Literally THE worst drive thru in greater moncton area! Every single time I go they mess up my order. Worst service to deal with .
