Can you give less than 1 star. Horrendous customer service. She didn't care that I downgraded my double scoop ice cream cone to one, apparently but punished me by giving me a dessert spoon of slop in a cone. I Should have walked off without it. I told her she needed to work on her customer service and we wouldn't be back. And she she laughed, walked off and said don't come back. So many people in kmart. We struggled to get a park, but she had no customers except me the whole time we were there.
We bought mega thickshake which was like a milkshake with the smallest amount of crunchie sprinkle and the scoop of ice cream on top was minute. We also bought a watermelon smoothie which was basically apple juice with the smallest amount of sorbet. Don’t go here absolute ripped. Will never go back. One star is too generous.
