Incredibly disappointing. I went there for the unique menu. I got some chili and also a salad with chicken. The cashier was very unfriendly, but more importantly he was using the same set of gloves on the cash register and presumably collecting cash and also was the guy who chopped up my chicken with the same gloves. As I was leaving he still had the gloves on and was going to unlock the bathroom for a patron. I threw out the salad after eating a couple bites but now I'm out eight dollars. Very bad training.
What can I really even say that hasn't already been said in all the other terrible reviews of this place? I feel bad for management because they have they hands full with some of the worst employees I've ever seen at any fast food place in my entire life.. any good review about this store has to be from the employees or friends of the employees because anyone with eyes and ears that has visited this store in the last year or so would never give this place more than 1 star. BIBLE!
Went there for lunch to dine in a long line around noon because they had a bunch of sales people maybe a small convention or something sat down at table and order through the mobile app and waited for my order to come up no waiting in line and got my order quicker because their was 8 people in line when I showed up plus as a bonus you can add rewards on your app for ordering through the mobile app. Win Win all around.
OMG!!! This has to be the most poorest ran Wendy's I have ever gone to. The only reason is it's close to my location. Customer service is none existent. They always forget something with my order like every single time. The employees are half past sorry. Honestly wish I could rate them a zero no professionalism at all. Go somewhere else.

Eating is terrible I come here without failing. brot is hard as old. käse is hard on hamburger. fries are cold and too greedy. the management really has to bring it together. the personal is not friendly and if you servier food you should not pull all the mins that are uncareful into the pants. food: 1/5
the driving worker seemed lost, gave us false acknowledgement, never gave us our reception, stumbled by what I suspect was a statement that our order was handed over to us in 2 separate pockets of 2 separate people in the did right and that we paid not only for someone else (false acknowledgement.)
doors locked it is 6pm. everyone has no car and even if they do, they do not know the circumstances of people. I even tried not to call a response. drive them thru move tho no signs that are not open to din in or counterorders. 65 1star reviews within one year. I stopped counting. food was ok
Every time I go I'm missing something or have the wrong order. Brought the wrong order back got attitude from the young girl working while another grabbed my bag. Then Ms. Attitude pushed the wring bag back to me. Throw it away give it to a homeless person but don't give me the bag back.

Hands down the worst breakfast biscuit I've ever tried to eat.The consistency of the biscuit is like eating a mouthful of Elmer's glue, the egg was Luke warm.You'd have better luck at selling snowballs in hell, than you would at getting good food at this restaurant.
