I ordered ahead with the app, for pickup, and it was a very quick experience. I only waited a few minutes for my food. I ordered a combo and the baconator fries. The fries, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwich I had was good, in my opinion. Taste was good, the temperature was good, and the texture was good too. The chicken in the sandwich was nice and crispy, and so was the fries and chicken nuggets. The baconator fries was good also. However, it was a bit of a letdown as the fries did not look like how it is usually advertised. It looks like they just put cheese and slices of bacon in the middle. 2 stars only bc I haven’t had a problem with the food yet. Drive thru line is always slow. I’m convinced one particular cashier there steals/ short changes people on purpose. I stopped paying with cash bc of her and ALWAYS ask for a receipt. I went today and they input my order incorrectly. When I asked to correct it, they told me they had a long line and were reluctant to do so. After running my credit card for the correct total providing my receipt, I see my pending charge is for a dollar more. They get a lot of business for being the only Wendy’s in the area but they absolutely do not deserve it.
just like eating there is a good amount of options I like. I also get a friendly service that is a plus. my only question is that there were a few times where there were missing items from my order. the personal was nice to either fix the problem or reimburse me, in I ordered online, but that was a recurring problem that was a bit annoying.
on 10/3/22 at 6:00 o'clock female worker at the thru window was rude and respectful. I never let her despise. I was shocked because I was never treated like this, especially at this place, as it is my go-to wendy’s. the management must help their employees with emotional control. very disappointed.

Never again will I go to this location!! Friends and family will know how their customer service was very bad. The cashier today was so rude, very disrespectful, and not friendly at all. She was just mean towards me and also to other customers.
I love this place, I have gone here as I have little, amazing food, amazing service, the laufwerk thru lines are sometimes long, but I mean, they have amazing food, so naturally everyone wants it! definitely recommend to get eat from here
Slowest drive thru ever! The gentleman taking the orders was ok but the ladies at the front window were rude and looked annoy to be there. Oh, and if you have drinks and don’t ask for a straw they won’t give you any.
I don't think I've tasted a burger that was so bad. The oil was practically dripping from the patty! Never ever eating here again.

They only hire dumb people. Can’t ever use your Wendy’s app coupon. They don’t even know what’s on their own menu.
