I recently visited this restaurant to place an order, but I found out that only DoorDash and another app were accepted for orders. Who thought this was a good idea? You're missing out on business by doing this, as there are many customers like me who will no longer support your establishment because of choices like this. It seems you're trying to cater to an app that appeals to those who prefer convenience over actually dining in. Personally, I’ll never download or use these apps! Thanks for nothing.
Just went there to order food but for some reason only doordash and some other app were allowed to order. Who told you this was a good idea? You are losing money by doing this because there are plenty of people just like me who will no longer patronize your business because of stunts like this. You guys are trying to cater to an app that is only around for lazy people and people like myself will NEVER download or use these apps! Thanks for nothing.
Food was fine. The girl that took my order was a little rude.. and when I got to the window to get my food, she just stared at me. Didn't say hello or anything. When I informed her an item was missing from my order, she rolled her eyes, went and got it and just handed it to me. When I said thank you... She once again just stared. So..food was fine, but I won't visit again due to poor customer service.
I have a cable fish sandwich. On a Friday during Lent. Should the freshest fish have been possible. What I got was a sad, shrinking piece of unidentifiable dryness. Bread was so fried, the edges were chewing, and what was so overdue inside, the fish had literally thrown away from bread. Fries were also cold. At least the location of this Wendy foam water. The only saving grace at my meal.

My son and I visited the restaurant on August 10, 2022, and were greeted by Kiwanna, who was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service! The food was hot and fresh. Wendy’s has now become our go-to spot for takeout when we want a quick meal.
I hear lunch here, maybe twice a month. Any interaction I had with an employee here was excellent. I think this location works as a team very well in contrast to many other fast food sites. My order was always correct and fresh.
If you're looking for a Wendy's with excellent service and piping hot food, this is the place to go. The service is outstanding, with staff who are consistently friendly and polite, and the food is always served hot and fresh.
You need to get faster and learn how to cook all orders at once instead of taking an order, then cooking it wait until it is done to take the next order

Slow but reliable for getting your food right. They still don't have both cashier windows open to make the line go faster.
The boy who took my order was pleasant and polite. My double cheeseburger was delicious.
