Wendy's - Réservation de table

This Location has been watched for the last 8 months multiple people have been given food that’s not fully cooked multiple times by the same evening shift restaurant employee’s. It’s really a shame because the lunch time employee’s go out of their way to make their customers happy. With the amount of food poisoning from the evening staff this place needs to be shut down re-evaluated. It’s really a shame to say this as the lunch hour shift is amazing. I hope all who enjoy Wendy’s have a better experience than the team running this experiment. First of all, they lie to you and the food is not safe to eat. Everytime I would get a chicken wrap with extra sauce they would charge me for extra cheese. I eventually caught on and when ordering I saw on the screen she would type extra cheese and charge me for it even though I only asked for extra sauce. I told her not to charge me for it because I didn’t ask for it and she said she would take it off. I get to the window and after paying I ask the guy on cash if I was charged for extra cheese. He told me no no you weren’t charged for it and handed me my food. I didn’t believe him so I asked for my bill and sure enough… they charged me for it. He lied to me about the extra charge on my bill...

Terrible service 6:30PM 7:15PM Sat 29. We waited 45 mins at till no one took our order. Atleast 20 people walked out of the reasturant out of frustration. Mutilpul people from drive through came in with incorrect orders. Tons of staff in restaurants. Self service drink machine was also out of service.Will never be back to this location. We finally left went to mcdonalds had our food in five mins. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is always good at this Wendy's. The salads are so good for a fast food place. Service is consistent and friendly. When eating in a lot of the tables are usually dirty, but there's always a couple of clean ones. The rest of the dining area is clean, though.

The service at this restaurant is awful. I ordered 2 JBCs and 2 spicy chicken wraps, but they still managed to mess it up. If only they weren't in such a hurry and didn't interrupt me while I'm speaking, everything would go much more smoothly.

Very dirty. Floors are always sticky. Ordered a salad and they didn't tell me they were out of forks. So there you are with salad and you can't even eat it. I also couldn't find spoons.

The store was not as clean as it should have been. Tables were not wiped. Men's bathroom was dirty.
