I've been a little disappointed with how Wendy's has been lately. I understand being short staffed. So yes I do understand wait time. However what I expect when u wait 15+ minutes in line for my food to be hot and fresh. I should not have to reassemble my sandwiches, try to figure out what is what because there are no labels and have cold fries or lukewarm. That is unacceptable when I easily spend $20, $25+ I expect my food to be hot and fresh. Not my food thrown through the window with no kind of manors from the employee. As if I annoyed them. I get it's stressful but get that we are ALL living in the SAME world. It's takes more effort to be rude then anything else.
Ordered a filet of fish sandwich. Asked for extra cheese and extra tartar. Also told them I want it HOT. Because the last four times I ordered this sandwich it was never hot not even warm. Cold Fish is a Red Herring. I went inside to have them make me a new one. Over cooked. The fish filet was so hard it scratched the roof of my mouth. The Manager Chantal New my story and did nothing about it. I was inside at the counter she never came over to address this situation. They Gave Very Bad Managers There! DO NOT BUY THE FILET OF FISH SANDWICH THERE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THE FRANCHISEE COUKD CARE LESS ALSO. THEY ARE NASTY PEOPLE. STAY AWAY!!!
eating is always good and they get in the way my order is right, but the customer service here is always terrible. I have worked in almost food and retail most of my life and can simply not understand why people feel the need to be so rude. I'm trying to be nice and friendly, but the people here seem unhappy.
By far the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And I come here ALL THE TIME for door dashes and Grub Hubs. It’s an average wait of 15-20 minutes In line ever single time. It’s also the only restaurant that is never open inside. This place needs some serious hiring

a machine broken. I wouldn't have bought a big $9 meal. the personal was cross. not out of the area so it is inconvenient that I call the load for a replacement. they should make their customers aware of such things before they buy.
the service was fast, but my food was cold. I don't care how much money I spend in a restaurant or what I buy. If it's hot, I want it hot. I shouldn't have to ask for hot food. the new earthbeereis was cold, and it was pretty good?
This Wendy's is one of the best. I always get exactly what I order, which is not always the case at drive thrus. However, the word is out, because the line is always long. They move right along, but plan on at least 20 minutes.
This is a correctly managed Wendy's. Expect the best and get it. Only Wendy's in the nation I haven't caught without chili. They have everything fast and hot.

the chili was good. but our baked potato was old and appeared very baked. we threw it away.
Honestly it's fast food but man their bourbon burger is great!!!!
