Terrible service! My order was wrong, and the staff were extremely rude. I was asked to return a Frosty that was the wrong flavor, but by the time I got to the window, I accidentally dropped it. The lady there called me rude. When I got home, I discovered that my plain burger had cheese on it, which is a big issue because my daughter has an allergy. I called back to let them know, but they acted like they couldn't hear or understand me. Make sure to double-check your order!
The burger was good, the cashier was friendly, however the floor up by the counter area was UNBELIEVABLY sticky. Someone clearly spilled pop earlier. I told the cashier how bad it was, yet no one cleaned it up in the time I sat there and ate! I'm sure there's a lot of other unhappy people that had to deal with it too. I literally had to go home and wash the bottom of my shoes because they were sticking to the floor so bad still!!! THAT shouldn't happen!!!
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. Whenever I order a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, they give me a regular hamburger instead. Plus, I can't even use the app because the manager claims it's down every time I'm there. The food quality is terrible, and on one occasion, I even found worms in my meal.
I really enjoyed the apple chicken salad and the taco salad—both were delicious! Plus, there’s a coupon available for them. Réservez une table maintenant

The bowls I received were only half full, even though I paid $11 for them, which is typically $9 for a much larger portion. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to send a replacement order that night. As a result, my husband and I had to forgo dinner so our children wouldn't go to bed hungry."
